Audeara is an Australian ASX-listed hearing technology company specialising in innovative listening solutions for people with hearing challenges. With a high-tech brand focused on ‘perfect sound’, Audeara recognised there was a disconnect between their identity and how their customers perceived them.

INSIGHT

To understand the problem, LCC Group undertook thorough research, identifying important emotional barriers and stigmas faced by those with hearing challenges. This would require a transition from ‘perfect’ messaging to a more empathetic and empowering approach.

LCC Group transformed Audeara’s brand from being technical focused, to one that could resonate and emotionally connect with people; empowering them to feel connected and supported on their journey toward improved hearing health. We simplified Audeara’s complex brand identity, enhancing its appeal and accessibility, and crafted a new, more emotive ‘Feel Connected’ positioning.
