Clean Cruising is a family owned and operated cruise holiday consultancy based in Brisbane. As one of the country’s largest and most successful cruise agencies, Clean Cruising had spent the past 20 years building a community of loyal customers, travel industry partners and suppliers - and yet their brand no longer reflected who they were.

The business faced a huge opportunity to redefine and relaunch their brand as something more bold, contemporary and imaginative. With the new promise of ‘the experience you deserve, every time’ and new values of Care, Connection, Joy and Sustainability, the team at Clean Cruising was ready to reset under a fresh brand they could be proud of.
LCC Group led the rebrand process for Clean Cruising, taking them through our unique brand framework, from insights to identity and through to launch and rollout of the new brand. Today, our team continues to partner with Clean Cruising on its loyalty program the Clean Cruising Club.
