Following the pandemic's impact on the cruise industry, it was crucial for the peak body for cruise lines and travel agents in Australia to reinvigorate consumer interest in cruise holidays and drive localised demand. As part of its annual Cruise Month celebration, CLIA Australasia needed to create a high-impact campaign that would cut through the noise and engage both the travel agents within its member community and cruise enthusiasts in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

To address these challenges, LCC Group developed a dynamic, two-phased marketing strategy that combined social media and influencer campaigns, traditional advertising, and stakeholder engagement.
With a fresh campaign identity and the theme of More Reasons to #LoveCruise, the campaign successfully reached over 15.5 million people, driving a 103% increase in website traffic and a staggering 684% increase in page visits. The initiative also empowered travel agents with valuable resources, tools and training, ensuring the message resonated and inspired action with industry insiders and travellers.
